International staff requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- A current and clear police check from your home town
- A passport
- Conversational English skills
- Love of children and outdoor education
- Christian faith
How it works
Start by filling out a Circle Square Ranch staff application including your availability and references. For those selected, the Circle Square Ranch hiring team will be in touch shortly for an interview.
Successful applications will be given instructions and supported to complete necessary paperwork to stay and work legally in Canada.
We’ll work together to be sure you have all the necessary documents a few weeks prior to your departure. Present the documents upon arrival in Canada to obtain a Work Permit. Unlike in the USA, visas are not usually necessary to work at summer camps in Canada. Be prepared to pay (approximately $85 CAD) for biometrics at the airport, as well as possible other fees.
Transportation to and from the airport will be provided by a fellow Circle Square Rancher. All international staff will be trained on site at Circle Square Ranch.
