Reserve your 135-acre countryside retreat space in beautiful Brant County

  • We welcome groups with up to 200 guests
  • Bookings are available September through June (not July or August)
  • Come for the weekend or a midweek single- or multi-day retreat
  • Smaller groups may be booked into separate facilities on the same weekend

Overnight Pricing Details

These prices apply to standard two night weekend rates. Custom length bookings also available upon request.

Included in weekend retreats:

  • Selected accommodations and meeting facilities
  • 2 breakfasts, 1 lunch, 1 dinner, and 2 evening snacks (ask us about additional meals)
  • Use of campfires and outdoor spaces for sports and games.
  • Up to 4 recreational activities (at additional cost)
  • Horse-riding and High Ropes (at additional cost)

What Should I Pack for a Retreat?

Please bring bedding or a sleeping bag, a pillow, towels, toiletries, appropriate footwear, sunscreen, and bug spray.

If your group will be participating in Ranch activities, pack comfortable clothing and footwear suitable for being outdoors.

Check with your group leader before your retreat for any additional items or activity-specific clothing you may need.
