Meeting Spaces

From small group breakout rooms to large group gatherings, there’s a perfect space for every part of your retreat.

Every retreat is unique. Most groups use a combination of spaces throughout their time here, moving between large group sessions, small-group breakout discussions, activities, and evening programs complete with campfire sites. 

All on one property, near Brantford and Hamilton.

The Lodge

  • Capacity: 54
  • Simple & cozy for smaller groups

The meeting space in the Lodge is useful for groups of up to 50 and can be used with the Lodge accommodation or as a breakout room with a booking in Jackson Hall.

Jackson Hall Meeting Room

  • Capacity: 150
  • Great for large groups

The auditorium in Jackson Hall seats up to 150 with AV equipment available. Ideal for large group gatherings, youth, and family groups. Connected to the accommodation in Jackson Hall and the family room.

Jackson Hall Family Room

  • Capacity: 80-150
  • Versatile hangout space

A versatile space that works as a formal meeting room or a relaxed hangout with couches. Set it up for a session or leave it open for groups to use between programming.

Dining Hall Main Floor

  • Capacity: 200
  • Large group sessions

The largest indoor space on the property. The main floor converts from a dining room into a full meeting hall with a stage, projector, and screen. An outdoor deck with overflow seating sits just off the main floor when you need it.

Dining Hall Lower Level

  • Capacity: Flexible
  • Versatile common area

A separate multi-purpose room on the lower level. Groups use it for smaller sessions, indoor activities, or unstructured time between programming. A dedicated outdoor deck is just outside, with recreational games available.

Campfire Sites

  • Capacity: Flexible
  • Outdoor gathering place

Two sites with bleacher seating, a stage, and a fire pit. Great place to end a retreat day.

The Corral

  • Capacity: Flexible
  • Casual outdoor gathering spot

A covered outdoor area with picnic tables and electricity. Useful for overflow meals, group games, outdoor sessions, or open time in warmer months.
