Meaningful work
Year-round staff are part of a small team devoted to making God’s love known to the next generation through summer camp and retreat ministry.
Most team members wear many hats. Throughout the year, we welcome a wide variety of retreat groups and prepare for the intensity and excitement of summer, when we disciple young adults and create meaningful camp experiences for children and youth.
Together, we answer thousands of emails, serve tens of thousands of meals, maintain our facilities and 135-acre property, care for our herd of horses, and welcome campers, retreat guests, and summer staff into the Ranch community.
Most year-round staff live onsite and raise a portion of their salary through personal fundraising.
